Is it really free?
Yes. During early access every feature is free, with no limit on units or team members and no credit card.
Will it stay free?
Tivio is free during early access, with every feature included. Pricing is something we'll only look at as we add more to the product, and you'll hear from us well before anything changes.
Is there a minimum number of units?
No. Start with a single unit or bring your whole portfolio.
Can tenants pay rent online?
Not yet. Tenants see their balance and your payment instructions in their portal, and you record each payment in a couple of clicks. Online payments and autopay are next on our list.
Does Tivio move money?
No. Tivio keeps the books: rent, deposits, bills, management fees and owner payouts. The money itself moves through your own bank accounts, as it does today.
Can I bring my data from another system?
There's no import tool yet. You add each current lease once, including any deposit you already hold, and choose the first month Tivio should charge rent. From then on it runs itself.
Who can see our data?
Only your team, plus the tenants and owners you invite, who see just their own leases and properties. Each company's records are kept separate, all traffic is encrypted, and you can export your transactions and reports to CSV at any time.
